What this is
Not a travel blog. A nervous system report.
You know the feeling. You walk into a space and your brain is immediately working overtime. The music is too loud. The lighting is wrong. The menu is overwhelming. The staff makes you feel like a problem. You spend the whole time managing instead of being.
The Neurospicy City Guide is the answer to one question: where can a high-achieving neurodivergent woman actually exhale?
I visit every space. I experience it as a guest. I score it across five criteria with staff weighted most heavily, because when someone receives your nervous system like it matters, half the work is already done. If a space earns a 4 or above, it gets the stamp.
No sponsorships. No scripts. Just my nervous system and the truth.
