NeurospicyOS is a personal productivity and wellness app designed for neurodivergent users. It provides brain dump processing, task management, mood tracking, relief exercises, and journaling tools.

NeurospicyOS is not a medical or therapeutic service. It does not provide diagnoses, medical advice, or treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or emergency services.

You must be 13 or older to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person.

You own everything you create in the app (brain dumps, tasks, journal entries, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, sync, and process your content solely to provide the service — including sending content to OpenAI for AI-powered analysis.

Brain dump analysis and relief recommendations are powered by OpenAI. AI-generated suggestions are not professional advice. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment.

The subscription is $99/year and includes a 7-day free trial. On the web, purchases are billed by Stripe at neurospicyos.com. In the iOS and Android apps, the subscription is sold as an in-app purchase billed by Apple or Google. Your access is tied to your account, so a subscription purchased on any platform unlocks premium features everywhere you sign in.

The subscription renews automatically. Payment is charged to your payment method (or your Apple or Google account, for in-app purchases) when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial if one is offered. Your subscription automatically renews for another year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal charge is applied within 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time: web subscriptions through Settings (which opens the Stripe billing portal), and in-app subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings. Canceled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app works offline-first, so core functionality continues without an internet connection. We may modify or discontinue features with notice.

You can deactivate or permanently delete your account from Settings at any time. You can export all your data at any time via Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We may send you essential account emails (payment confirmations, security alerts) that cannot be unsubscribed from. You can opt out of non-essential emails (weekly digests, re-engagement) via the unsubscribe link in any email or through Settings. Push notifications can be disabled per-type in Settings or via your device’s notification settings.

NeurospicyOS is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
