We want you to feel safe trying NeurospicyOS. Here's how cancellations and refunds work.
1. The 7-day free trial
Every new subscriber gets a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial in Settings → Billing and you will not be charged.
2. After the trial — cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period; we do not bill for additional months after cancellation.
3. Refund eligibility
We do not automatically refund partial months. We may issue a refund or credit at our discretion in cases such as:

A charge made after you intended to cancel and you have not used the app since the renewal.
•
A duplicate or accidental charge.
•
An outage or material defect that materially prevented use of the app for an extended period.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@neurospicyos.com within 14 days of the charge. Include the email address on your account and a brief description of the situation. We aim to respond within two business days.
5. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are heavily discounted compared to monthly. If you cancel an annual subscription, your access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds for partial years are reviewed case-by-case and are generally not granted.
6. Payment processor
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers. Disputed charges should also be raised with your bank or card issuer; we will cooperate with Stripe’s dispute process.
